Welcome to Leaf & Beam. By accessing our website, requesting free site visits, or entering service agreements with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully.

1. Free Site Visits & Booking

We provide complimentary initial site inspections and design consultations across India. By booking a visit through our lead form, you agree that:

• You will provide accurate contact, location, and requirement details.
• Site visits are scheduled based on geographical availability and resource planning, and we reserve the right to reschedule or decline requests in cases of logistical constraints.
• The customer (or an authorized representative) must be present at the site during the scheduled visit.

2. Estimations & Proposals

Following our initial consultation and site review, we will provide a free design proposal and project cost estimation. Any estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance and are subject to adjustment based on changes in project scale, structural details, or material pricing updates.

3. Project Confirmation & Token Advance

A project is officially initiated once the layout concepts are accepted and a token advance payment is received. The details regarding the token advance amounts, payment schedules, and refund conditions (if applicable) are outlined in detail in each project's individual contract proposal.

4. Design Planning & Client Approvals

During the design phase, our team will create detailed layouts, plans, and 3D mockups. Execution will only proceed after receiving explicit digital or written approval of the designs from you. Any design modifications requested after the execution phase begins may incur extra resource and material fees.

5. Project Execution & Timeline Guidelines

We execute construction and interior design works with transparency, quality, and regular progress updates. Timelines provided are estimates based on standard site conditions. Leaf & Beam is not liable for project delays caused by factors outside our control, including weather disturbances, supply chain shocks, local labor strikes, or delay in site access clearances.

6. Intellectual Property

All design assets, sketches, layout plans, 3D renderings, and website content created by Leaf & Beam remain the intellectual property of Leaf & Beam unless explicitly transferred under a written agreement. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for other commercial construction projects without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Leaf & Beam and its directors, employees, or contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website, or from unforeseen structural challenges discovered on-site during execution.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

9. Revisions and Amendments

We reserve the right to revise these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the modified "Last Updated" date at the top.
